Whether you’re celebrating an 18th, 21st, 30th or 40th and want an awesome venue but want to bring your own food and drinks (including alcohol!), or whether you’re celebrating your childs 13th birthday and need a venue that is not licenced – we’ve got you covered.
Whatever the occasion, celebrate in style. YOUR style but without the unnecessarily high price tag.
Sound system and lighting are all included as well, so you won’t even need to hire equipment or a DJ. Just bring in your playlist and hook up via bluetooth to get your party started!

BYO Catering & Drinks
At Venue 3121 we supply you with an awesome venue - and that is all you pay for. We supply the venue, you supply your own catering including alcohol. Awesome doesn't have to be expensive 😉

Covid-Proof Bookings
If you book your event but cannot run it due to Covid restrictions, we will give you a 100% credit on your booking. You will be able to simply use your hire for another date within 2 years of your original booking.

Up to 100 Guests Allowed
Venue 3121 has a capacity of 100 people (assuming no Covid restrictions). All that's left to do is book now and grab 99 of your best mates!

Goodbye Minimum Spend
Say goodbye to minimum spends and "good-buy" to Venue 3121. The hiring fee (and cleaning fee) is all you will need to pay for to get the party started

It's all about YOU
You and your guests will have exclusive access to the ENTIRE venue for the duration of your hire. There will be no shared facilities with other hirers. In fact, there will be no one other than you and your guests in sight.

Large 20x10m Function Room
Our HUGE 20 x 10 meter function room is just the beginning. There is also a 6 x 10 meter sound proofed reception area if some of your guests would like a to chill and chat or a bit. We also have separate mens and ladies bathrooms and kitchenette.

Plug & Play
Your Venue Hire includes Party Lights, Disco Balls and a fully set up Sound System. Bring your iphone, connect it to bluetooth and press play to start the party.

5km from CBD
Venue 3121 is located only 5km from Melbourne CBD with loads of FREE of street-parking in the area. We are also a 5 minute walk from Burnley Train Station, a 5 minute walk from East Richmond station and a 10 minute walk or quick tram ride from Richmond station. Oh, and did we mention that the tram stop is right outside our front door.

Check your guests in with our QR Code. Our Venue will be cleaned to COVID-safe standards by professional cleaners before your event starts.

Option 1:
Day Time Hire
(For Hire period ending before 4pm)
Monday - Sunday:
$1,200 for 7 hours
(Price will increase to $1,200 on 1/1/22. Book and pay prior to 31/12/21 for current rates)
Option 2:
Evening Hire
(For Hire period starting after 4pm)
Friday - Sunday:
$2,500 for 7 hours
(Price will increase to $2,500 on 16/5/22. Book and pay by 15/5/22 for current rates)

Hourly Rate
MONDAY - Sunday Rate:
$450 per hour
